Came in July 20th and I’ll never return! There were two female workers “black and white” there at closing. Now I understand that I came in 10 minutes before closing but it only took me 3 minutes to get my things. The black girl was very rude to me and was speaking negatively about me to other customers. Her voice was very loud so I could definitely hear her ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE. She didn’t even ring me up. The other lady , whom was very nice , checked me out with no problem. If I didn’t need the items I definitely would’ve walked straight out!

Great place for party needs. As a huge fan of College football I scored tickets to the SEC Championship game between Georgia Bulldogs and LSU Tigers last minute. Well no self respecting fan can go support their team in the Championship game without showing pride in their team so I needed Paint and plenty of it. Thanks for having the right colors guys and Go Dawgs.

Great store! You can find just about anything you will need for events here!! I feel the pricing is a little higher and over-priced on certain items and can be a lil more affordable. Other than that great customer service here!!!

This store is neat, organized, clean. Staff are all helpful and know what is in the store and can suggest items for you. The balloon counter is a great idea and looks nice. The staff stay busy organizing or cleaning if not with a customer - they do not sit around on their phones. What a breath of fresh air!! The merchandise is good quality for a party. They seem like a good team. Thank you. I will be telling all my friends to shop at the Party City. The remodel looks great

I appreciate the employees at this location. I had to plan a surprise birthday party for my wife, and they helped me pick out the decorations. As a guy, I just wandered around the store like a goof until an employee helped me find the right aisle and stuff for the party. Thank you, Party City!

Went for Halloween supplies, they do not have as much decorations and costumes as they had in the past. But the ladies at checkout were very nice

I haven’t been to this store in years! Love the new renovations. Huge shoutout to Jon! He was really nice and courteous! True definition of customer service! I watch him handle multiple task and he did it with a smile!
